In the age of the data-driven business world, the quality of data has become a crucial element to automate the business processes and transactions effectively. To achieve this feat, organizations are rigorously conducting data analysis, data extraction to remove data entry and exception handling. However, these processes involve a great deal of human intervention that hinders the efficiency of data processing. “Our ultimate objective is to limit these steps (people-review controls and the revalidation of the extracted data) and reduce the human efforts and low-value tasks to get the transactions posted correctly in the customer’s corresponding application systems,” begins André Denis, President & Founder of INTEGRIM. Having been in the business automation space for over 27 years, INTEGRIM is at the forefront of offering a comprehensive range of business process automation services and solutions for all manner of paper and electronic documents. The company has supported businesses and organizations with digital business processing and management of corporate documents through the creation of connections to various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Through SenSaaS, an end-to-end cloud-based platform, INTEGRIM helps companies achieve the highest level of efficiency, trim costs, and eliminate paper while enhancing the productivity of administrative resources and a great ROI (Return On Investment). INTEGRIM’s SenSaaS streamlines every aspect of the financial process and business rules from accounts payable to accounts receivable, payment control, and travel and expense management.
From rapid processing of document-based tasks to managing invoices, workflow and electronic payment methods, INTEGRIM has it all covered. SenSaaS can be easily integrated with a lot of renowned ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics to enable the provision of a whole deck of features and functionalities that can be used in every sector of the business automation processes.
To get the accurate data, INTEGRIM’s SenSaaS makes use of machine learning, OCR and intelligence to generate patterns for vendors and a certain type of invoices from historical data, which can then be reused across multiple transactions without human interventions. On top of SenSaaS, the company has built modules to capture and automate data import processes in accordance with business rules applying to accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, as well as travel and expense management.
Talking of how the platform works, Denis explains, “We have crafted a delivery mechanism, whereby it can create a statement-of-work from the generic application and derive all the specifics for its customers’ needs.”
The USP of INTEGRIM is the ability to deploy the technology quickly and adjust to the specific needs of the customer. This aspect can be well-illustrated with a case study. Roger Communications, a Toronto-based media company, was looking for a solution provider who could deploy an Accounts Payable Automation system quickly. Their in-depth search for an advanced automation system came to an end with INTEGRIM. Typically, to implement a document management system it takes more than two months, but with the agility of INTEGRIM’s team and the fact that they already had a backbone application and business process workflow, allowed them to customize and deploy the system within a month and a half. With INTEGRIM’s SenSaaS, Roger Communications was able to automate their invoice processing and manage a wide variety of documents within an organization.
Co-developed with a European partner, the SenSaas platform is offered across Canada, United States, Europe, and Asia. This provides INTEGRIM with the ability to manage multiple languages and a wide variety of documents on global platform architecture. Keeping abreast with all technology changes, INTEGRIM plans to expand the reach of the SenSaas platform to cover a broader base of customers.
